What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers in our Honolulu showroom with aloha
• Guide clients through our proven 10-step sales process
• Drive sales growth through daily client outreach – make warm calls, follow up with leads, and generate referrals and repeat business (
  consistent participation = consistent success
  )
• Manage client orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prospect new business through referrals, networking, and inbound leads
• Collaborate with Production, Operations, and other departments
• Stay current on product knowledge and maintain showroom displays
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (flooring/home improvement a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• High school diploma or GED required; degree a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule, including Saturdays and some holidays
