The Role:Business Development Representative (Honolulu Territory)
This is a field‑based position covering Honolulu and surrounding areas. You’ll drive new partnerships with physicians, hospitals, senior living facilities, home health agencies, and referral networks – opening doors to more patients who need our services. Enjoy flexible scheduling, local travel (with mileage reimbursement), and the freedom to manage your day while hitting ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, Linked In outreach, networking events, and in‑person visits.
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare decision‑makers via consultative selling and on‑site demonstrations of our at‑home therapy solutions.
- Manage a full sales pipeline: negotiate contracts, close deals, and expand referral volume.
- Collaborate with our clinical and marketing teams to refine strategies and share field insights.
- Track performance in CRM, forecast revenue, and document activities accurately.
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales success, consistently exceeding quotas (healthcare, medical sales, or pharma experience a strong plus).
- Hunter mentality:
Self‑starter who excels at complex sales cycles, objection handling, and turning prospects into partners. - Exceptional communicator – confident in conversations, presentations, and building rapport with busy professionals.
- Tech‑savvy:
Comfortable with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Linked In Sales Navigator, and virtual tools. - Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for territory coverage.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted for standout performers.
