Client Advisor - Ala Moana

The Client Advisor will act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering exceptional, personalized service and creating memorable experiences for a diverse luxury clientele. This role focuses on discovering client needs, advising across product categories, and developing long-term relationships using in-house clienteling tools to drive sales and loyalty.

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and commercial targets
• Advise clients across the brand and all product categories with tailored recommendations
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge to enhance client experience
• Leverage clienteling tools and systems to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Deliver a high standard of in-store service consistent with the brand promise

• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally within luxury or high-end markets, or strong background in customer-centric roles
• Commercial and strategic sales mindset with a passion for relationship building
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to delivering personalized client service
