Create personalized beauty experiences for customers by understanding their needs and recommending products from luxury beauty brands. Build customer relationships and drive sales through in-store and digital selling.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media tools.
- Book appointments and support sales for beauty events and services.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-ready department.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty.
- Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
- Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
