Sales; Part Time

A Japanese trading company is hiring Sales + Administrative Assistants. (Consumer goods related)

• Building and maintaining relationships with customers (retail stores)
• Visiting wholesale stores to check product displays, manage deliveries and shipments
• Sales tracking and management
• Administrative tasks related to contracts, delivery slips, and invoices
• Delivery assistance
• Planning and proposing promotional activities (For larger retailers, you may be required to be present on delivery days to assist with receiving goods.)
• Bi-weekly meetings
• Some physical tasks are required during work, such as lifting product boxes (approx. 3–5 kg) for shelf stocking.
• Other staff will assist with displays and deliveries. Training provided for those without experience.

9:00–18:00, 3–4 days per week Friday hours: 10:00–18:00 Week 39hr (If Full Time)

Full Remote

$28/hr–$31/hr DOE

During the 90-day probationary period: $27–$31/hr Insurance:
Medical, Vision, Dental – provided after probationary period

On rare occasions (a few times per year), weekend work may be required for demos or exhibitions; compensatory days off will be provided. Major national holidays and year-end holiday break included.

Fluent English is not required.

• Valid driver's license required
• Basic PC skills
• Professional and courteous demeanor with clients
• Sales experience is a plus

Candidates without sales experience will be considered if they demonstrate good manners and a pleasant personality. Training will be provided.
