Customer Service Rep
Pleasant Holidays is seeking enthusiastic Concierge Sales Agents on Oahu to assist guests at hotel concierge desks with planning and booking memorable tours and activities. You’ll be the friendly face of Aloha, delivering exceptional service and personalized recommendations while working at premier hotel desks on the island.
We value 1–3 years in sales or customer service, a passion for travel, and knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands. English fluency is required;
Japanese is a plus.
