Security Rep

The Program Security Representative (PSR) will serve as the primary security liaison for programs housed at the Honolulu Facility, ensuring compliance with all government regulations governing the protection of classified material.

• Apply established security processes to support contractual security requirements and maintain accountability for sensitive items.
• Coordinate customer visits, create identification badges, and facilitate facility security meetings.
• Assist in incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors.

• Implement and maintain security procedures that meet DoD, NISPOM/32 CFR, and related regulations.
• Maintain accountability logs for material and conduct periodic inventories and audits.
• Create, issue, and deactivate identification badges and access cards in accordance with security policy.
• Work closely with program managers, engineering leads, and the Facility Security Office to integrate security requirements into program execution.
• Assist in the investigation of security incidents, breaches, or potential violations.
• Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors.
• Possess knowledge of NISPOM/32 CFR and related government security regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position requires a government security clearance and the applicant must be a U.S. citizen.

Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.

Onsite full-time at a Lockheed Martin facility. Standard 40‑hour week; the 9x80 schedule provides an alternate weekly off day.

The annual base salary ranges from $57,400 to $101,200, depending on the work location.
