. The role is part‑time and focuses on protecting hotel and resort properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security incidents and create a positive experience for everyone on site. • Mon 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service by following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and respond to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, problem‑solving while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and general areas to deter unauthorized access and support overall security needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, staff, and emergency responders as required.
• Document and report security‑related incidents, observations, and concerns according to established procedures.
• Support the overall guest experience by providing information and assistance while upholding Allied Universal standards.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
