As a Security Officer - Unarmed Resort Patrol in Honolulu, HI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Hotels & Resorts. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This Part‑Time role offers flexible scheduling and access to the Claim a Shift platform.

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the hotel property, including guest areas, back‑of‑house, and perimeter.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in detailed reports as required.
• Work closely with hotel management and staff to address security-related concerns and support emergency response activities.
• Remain visible and approachable, offering assistance and information as needed while upholding Allied Universal’s standards.
• Adhere to all company and site-specific policies, procedures, and regulations while on duty.

• CPR certification preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• A valid guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age: 18 years or older for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws; may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
