Experience/
Education:
Valid ACT-208 Hawaii Guard Card, or eligible and willing to obtain oneHigh school diploma or GEDType: Full-time or Part-time;

Job Description:
Monitor assigned properties and observe activity to support a safe environmentDocument incidents accurately in written reports and incident logsContact emergency services and first responders when appropriateProvide clear, detailed accounts to law enforcement and serve as a reliable witness in any legal follow-upInteract professionally with residents, staff, and visitorsTake on additional responsibilities and learn new skills as neededPosition Requirements:
