No experience? No problem! We provide paid, hands-on training and a clear pathway for advancement
. All you need is the right mindset and drive to succeed.
- Are motivated to learn, grow, and become Journeymen
- Take initiative and solve problems with a positive attitude
- Show pride in craftsmanship and teamwork
- Can lift up to 100 lbs (with proper equipment)
- Are flexible to work any day, including weekends
- Have a valid driver’s license (training provided to operate company vehicles)
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
