We are seeking hardworking, reliable General Laborers to join a major deck renovation project at Pearl Harbor
. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-visibility restoration effort at one of the most historically significant sites in the country.

This deck renovation project involves improving and restoring a large deck structure through surface preparation, repair work, painting support, and continuous jobsite upkeep. You'll play an important role in:

• Extending deck safety and durability

• Improving appearance and usability

• Supporting technicians and painters

• Keeping the worksite clean, safe, and productive

This team operates with strong communication, daily direction, and clear expectations so you always know what needs to be done and how to do it safely.

Your tasks may include:

• Removing debris, trash, and old materials

• Sanding, scraping, smoothing, and prepping surfaces

• Supporting patching, sealing, leveling, and minor repair tasks

• Masking, caulking, cleaning, and prepping areas for painting

• Assisting painters with coating and application tasks

• Carrying materials, loading/unloading supplies

• Operating hand tools and small equipment (training provided)

• Working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Following safety guidelines and team instructions

• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace

• Be able to pass background screening for a DBIDS Pass

• Work well independently and as part of a team

Construction or painting experience is helpful,
but not required - we will train individuals with the right work ethic.

• Experience with deck repair or renovation

• Basic painting or surface prep knowledge

• Comfort with hand tools and small power tools

• Strong communication and teamwork
