As a Carpenter Helper
, you will assist experienced carpenters on interior finishing projects for high-rise condo repiping and renovations. Your primary focus is supporting the team, keeping the job site safe and organized, and learning carpentry skills. This position offers hands-on experience, meaningful work, and long-term career growth – ideal for an early-career professional committed to learning the trade.

The Carpenter Helper role requires the demonstrated ability to work carefully, communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, and maintain a professional appearance. This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based at the job site, reports to the Project Lead, and works closely with the rest of the onsite team.

• Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood and other materials
• Lift and move materials as needed by carpentry team (50-100 lbs regularly)
• Help maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
• Perform demo and removal of old materials as directed
• Take out trash and perform general site support

• 1-3 years of carpentry experience (finish carpentry preferred; rough or punch-out also considered)
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
• Own basic carpentry hand tools
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Must already reside in the state of Hawaii

Salary Range: $22 - $30 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
