Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $65,200.00/yr

The Mobile Maintenance Mechanic supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. The role includes assisting maintenance and repair efforts, performing inspections and repairs to property interior and exterior areas, and handling tasks such as lighting, plumbing, painting, locksmith work, and tenant services.

• Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts
• Assist the operations team in building and equipment maintenance and repair
• General interior maintenance – hang pictures, install keyboard trays, repair office furniture systems
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned
• Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested
• Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting findings affecting client occupancy and operations
• Be on call for after‑hours emergencies
• Comply with all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Maintain compliance with state, county, or city ordinances, codes, or laws
• Follow policies for the safe storage, use, and disposal of hazardous materials
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs
• Document work performance and material procurement as directed
• Lift a minimum of 80 lbs, use ladders up to 30 ft, and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Work independently or in a team environment and communicate effectively in English

• 3+ years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical
• Valid state driver’s license

• 3+ years of work experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical
• Valid state driver’s license

• Completion of an applicable technical training program
