Position: Facility Services Technician
Location: Oahu
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually (depending on experience)
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Facility Services Technician to perform service, repair, installation, and preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment.
This position plays a critical role in supporting facility operations by ensuring refrigeration systems, HVAC equipment, and commercial kitchen appliances remain safe, functional, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and able to troubleshoot equipment issues independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Respond to service calls to diagnose and repair refrigeration, HVAC, and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine effective repair solutions.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and installation of commercial refrigeration and food service equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
- Assist with equipment upgrades, replacements, and larger installation projects.
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts usage documentation.
- Communicate professionally with customers, site personnel, and team members.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and industry regulations.

- HVAC/R certification, technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Experience servicing commercial refrigeration, HVAC systems, and/or commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements.
