The Case Manager will work closely with children and families at moderate to high risk of abuse and neglect, creating tailored plans to address needs. Responsibilities include ensuring timely service delivery, documentation, and collaboration with community resources. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
Experience in child welfare services is preferred.
