RYSE Organization on O'ahu is seeking a Youth Outreach Worker to provide street outreach and survival assistance to youth ages 14-24 experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. You will work as part of a team to reduce episodes of homelessness and connect youth with housing and supportive services.
Local knowledge of O'ahu resources is helpful; you will refer youth to housing, mental health, and substance use services, advocate for youth, and raise community awareness.
