Bachelor's Degree DEGREE (Focus)
Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, etc. ALTERNATE EXPERIENCE General comment on degrees:
Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop Java-based applications
- Implement and manage MASH middleware integration
- Build and maintain systems in Linux environments
- Optimize code for scalability and performance
- Collaborate with teams to define software requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
- Proficiency in Java programming
- Experience with MASH middleware
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker)
- Knowledge of RESTful API development
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of software testing frameworks
- Proficiency in performance tuning
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK)
