Summary:

The Ramp Agent loads and offloads baggage, ensures safety and on‑time flight departures, and supports the crew and passengers.

• Load, stow, and unload cargo and baggage in accordance with flight plans.
• Pick up and deliver cargo, mail, express, freight, and company materials.
• Prepare, report, and account for all work documents.
• Clean aircraft baggage pits and work areas.
• Operate automotive equipment after proper training.
• Insert and remove chocks and safety lines.
• Dispatch aircraft when mechanical personnel are not available.
• Perform cleaning duties in surrounding areas and aircraft as needed.

• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Lift 70 lbs. during the entire shift.
• Bend, stoop, squat, reach, and grasp physically.
• Work in confined spaces, on knees/elbows, lift 70 lbs. overhead, operate heavy machinery, drive tugs, and more.
• Valid unexpired driver’s license issued by a U.S. state, territory, or D.C.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• USPS Mail Handling Certification (obtainable).
• Airport security clearance (obtainable).
• Communicate in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Airport ramp experience.
• Physical labor experience and/or warehouse environment.
