- High school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
- One year of commercial driving experience preferred, with experience in food or beverage delivery and hand cart handling advantageous
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Pass employment testing and meet insurability standards
- Operate vehicle safely in various traffic and weather conditions
- Meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Demonstrate strong customer relations, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
- Understand product inventory procedures and maintain effective inter-department communication
- Show adaptability, trustworthiness, and follow-up capabilities
