Responsibilities- Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader by serving as the onsite point of contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring quality and consistent execution.
- Execute and hold all tax office associates accountable to the client service experience, escalating to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary.
- Serve as point of contact for onsite escalated client service concerns.
- Ensure clients are scheduled properly and conflicts are resolved, with escalation as needed.
- Lead the office from the front desk, providing phone coverage and engaging with clients to deliver an outstanding experience.
- Coordinate daily activities to ensure associates are scheduled and work is completed according to deadlines, with attention to quality standards and goals.
- Lead daily huddles and communicate essential information to office associates.
- Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader and maintain a strong onsite presence for both clients and associates.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule: part-time during late fall ramp-up, transitioning to full-time from January through April.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible work schedule of 40 hours per week and adaptability to business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent (or higher).
