Salary Range: $19.23 To $26.44 Hourly

Position Title: Subscriber Relations Representative (SRR)
Type of Position: Full Time, Non-exempt
Reports to: Subscriber Services & Regional Relations Manager
Department: Subscriber Services

Position Summary:

Provides subscriber support primarily in the RMLS Corporate service area. Primary role includes subscriber training and presentations, subscribership meetings and some technical support for hardware and software applications. Acts as liaison for company in the field and works closely with Customer Service Representatives to assist when needed.

Essential Functions:

• Trains subscribers on RMLS software, products integrated into RMLS and lockbox system both in the RMLS office and in remote locations, including maintaining supply of necessary training support materials
• Assist in the Help Desk phone queue and RMLS Chat queue on an as needed basis
• Responsible for duties of Customer Service Representative including CRM proficiency
• Provides support and back up for Customer Service Representatives
• Prepares for and/or attends subscribership meetings, including weekly tour meetings, member office meetings and other routine customer service meetings, as applicable
• This is primarily an on-site position
• Some travel required to visit subscribers in remote areas
• Other duties as directed

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with computer data entry and multi-line phone systems
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent telephone manners and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to organize and document work
• Willingness and ability to learn specialized computer systems
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, billing processing, general accounting and money handling skills
• May need to sit or stand for periods of time
• Must be able to carry up 30lbs at times
• Dependable transportation

Salary Range:

$19.23 to $26.44 per hour [$40,000 to $55,000 annually]
