Gorge Dental is seeking a motivated, growth-oriented associate dentist who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care and the principles of biomimetic restorative dentistry.

We are building a practice dedicated to preserving natural teeth, practicing evidence-based dentistry, and delivering exceptional restorative outcomes without compromising clinical standards.

• Schedule: Approximately 10 clinical days per month, structured around alternating weeks on and off.
• Compensation: 30% of production, with estimated annual earnings of $175,000–$255,000 depending on clinical skill, efficiency, and production.
• Practice Model: Independently contracted associate position in a fully fee-for-service practice.

Our restorative approach prioritizes conservative, tooth-preserving treatment, excellent adhesive technique, and strict application of biomimetic restorative protocols.

Candidates must demonstrate or be committed to developing:

• Strong foundations in restorative dentistry, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care.
• A commitment to learning and consistently implementing the Six Lessons Approach (SLA) to biomimetic restorative dentistry.
• Proficiency in, or a willingness to learn, microscope-assisted dentistry.
• Attention to adhesive protocols, caries management, structural preservation, and restorative biomechanics.
• A patient-first philosophy grounded in honesty, informed consent, and long term oral health.
• A genuine desire to continually improve their clinical knowledge, judgment, and technical abilities.

Prior biomimetic experience is not required. We welcome new graduates who have strong clinical fundamentals, intellectual curiosity, humility, and a genuine commitment to mastering biomimetic principles.

Candidates without formal SLA training must be willing to enroll in the program and integrate its clinical protocols into their daily restorative practice. Continuing education support and clinical mentorship will be available to help develop these skills.
