Manager of Long Term Care
Location:
Providence Down Manor, Hood River, Oregon.
Schedule:
Full‑time, Day shift.
Provides leadership and direction for the successful operation of the long‑term care department, integrating choice, privacy, dignity, individuality and a home‑like environment. Maintains budgets, staffing levels, and quality management programs.

Lead the long‑term care department to meet operational goals and quality standards. Oversee budget creation and monitoring, staffing plans, and quality management programs to ensure a home‑like environment for residents.
Required Qualifications- Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, administrative services, business management, and employee management
- At least 1 year of experience working with seniors or in a senior services environment

Pay Range: $37.39 - $58.05 per hour
