Manager of Long Term Care at Providence Down Manor, Hood River, Oregon – Full-Time, Day Schedule

Location:

1950 Sterling Pl, Hood River, OR

Schedule:

Full-time, Day shift

Responsibilities
  • Provides leadership and direction for the successful operation of the long‑term care department that integrates the concepts of choice, privacy, dignity, individuality and a home‑like environment.
  • Maintains budgets, staffing levels, and quality management programs.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
  • 2 years of work experience in support of operations, administrative services and/or business management, and management of employees.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience working with seniors or within a senior services environment.

Pay Range

$37.39 – $58.05 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
