Manager of Long Term Care at Providence Down Manor, Hood River, Oregon – Full-Time, Day Schedule

Full-time, Day shift
- Provides leadership and direction for the successful operation of the long‑term care department that integrates the concepts of choice, privacy, dignity, individuality and a home‑like environment.
- Maintains budgets, staffing levels, and quality management programs.
- Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
- 2 years of work experience in support of operations, administrative services and/or business management, and management of employees.
- 1 year of experience working with seniors or within a senior services environment.

- Tuition Reimbursement/Education – includes 100% tuition paid program options; up to $5,250 per year for select undergraduate and master’s degrees within the Guild catalog. Required books and fees are 100% covered or reimbursable for select schools in the Guild catalog up to program funding cap.
- Paid Time Off – up to 25 days per year.

$37.39 – $58.05 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
