What you will be doing:- Plan, develop, implement, coordinate, and manage the highest quality of pharmaceutical care services for patients, clients, and staff.
- Ensure services are delivered under the highest professional standards.
- Be responsible and accountable for pharmaceutical care planning and management within the hospital.
- 2 years of pharmacy experience in an applicable area.
- 1 year of management experience (preferred).
- PharmD in Pharmacy (preferred).
