House Supervisor RN at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital.

The House Supervisor is responsible for managing the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers, other department managers, and administration are not in-house. The role involves directing the general operations of the hospital, applying the nursing process, and providing leadership for daily nursing unit operations. The supervisor also develops staff through mentorship, role modeling, and effective management techniques, and contributes to achieving unit goals.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire.
• At least 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
