Talented Medical Solutions is hiring experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for both day and night shift opportunities in Hood River, Oregon
. Whether you prefer the calm of night shift or the pace of daytime nursing, you’ll be joining a supportive team in a highly respected facility in one of Oregon’s most picturesque towns.

As an LPN, you’ll provide essential nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider. You’ll support patient wellness through medication administration, monitoring, and everyday assistance that helps improve comfort and outcomes.

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Assist patients with ADLs, mobility, nutrition, and hygiene
• Observe and document changes in patient condition
• Report critical findings to the RN or medical team
• Foster respectful communication with patients and their families
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive unit culture

• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a close-knit care team
