• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Upon hire:
  Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire:
  Washington Registered Nurse License – if practicing within this state
• 1 year nursing experience

• National certification in area of specialty upon hire
