Overview
We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team at Lightwell Hotel + Spa. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers in a professional and friendly manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, handling cash transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Minimum wage plus tips; pay increases annually based on performance;
two restaurants plenty of hours.
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers according to recipes and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Prior experience as a Bartender preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and preparation methods
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
