We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team at Basecamp at Lightwell Hotel + Spa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve coffee, specialty coffee beverages, and other beverages to customers.
- Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served
- Prepare and serve food to customers following the instructions provided
- Take customer orders and handle transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns in a professional manner
- Manage inventory for Basecamp
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to stand for 6 - 8 hours per day, bend, stoop, crouch
