We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team at Lightwell Hotel + Spa. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers in a professional and friendly manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, handling cash transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay range: $15.00/hr - $15.00/hr minimum wage plus tips; pay increases annually based on performance.

• Prepare and serve drinks to customers according to recipes and company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

• Prior experience as a Bartender preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of drink recipes and preparation methods
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
