Overview
The Lightwell Hotel and Spa is seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience.
Position is minimum wage plus tips!
Base pay range$15.00/hr - $15.00/hr
Responsibilities- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders to the correct table in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests and addressing any issues
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
Note:
