About the Store Team

Our Store Team delivers exceptional customer service and friendly interactions, including support from our Bookkeeper.

Bookkeeper Position

We seek an organized and hardworking Bookkeeper to manage daily sales reconciliation, banking, and additional accounting duties. You will work closely with management, and remaining hours may be spent assisting customers and other store duties.

Responsibilities
  • Manage store financial transactions and oversee posting procedures daily
  • Organize store accounts receivable/payable procedures
  • Ensure transaction records are accurate
  • Manage books and provide them to management when needed
  • Store and maintain all bookkeeping data
  • Create and manage reports and financial statements
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable knowledge
  • Experience calculating, posting, and managing accounting figures and records
  • Strong data entry and numeric skills
  • Punctual with a positive, friendly attitude
  • Ability to set priorities and organize workload
  • Problem‑solving skills and customer solutions capacity
  • Exceptional customer service ability
Experience
  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is a plus
  • Retail brand experience (Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, Albertsons) is also an asset
Schedule

Open 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday – Saturday; 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Sunday. Hours may vary by workload and assignment.
