Overview
Receiving Clerk at Cascade Farm and Outdoor. This position builds, promotes, and delivers a high degree of customer service. Our Receiving Clerk daily tasks include prompt and friendly service to customers, unloading delivery trucks quickly and safely, and accurately handling merchandise.
Base pay rangeUSD $15.85 - USD $18.95 /Hr.
Responsibilities- The Store Team is responsible for achieving and maintaining a high level of customer service and friendliness, which includes our outstanding Receiving team.
- The Store Team strives to create the best shopping experience possible for our customers.
- We are looking for an organized and energetic Receiving Clerk to join Cascade Farm & Outdoor.
- This position builds, promotes, and delivers a high degree of customer service.
- Other responsibilities include inventory replenishment, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining merchandise.
- Daily tasks can include prompt and friendly service to customers, unloading delivery trucks quickly and safely, and accurately handling merchandise whether assisting customers or restocking the sales floor.
- The ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
- The capability to arrive on time with a positive and friendly attitude
- The ability to be precise, set priorities, and organize workload
- The talent to efficiently solve problems and offer solutions to customers
- The capacity to engage with and assist a variety of individuals
- An ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience:
Previous experience as a cashier, sales associate, bagger, warehouse worker, or other retail positions is a plus - Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons is also an asset
As an employee-owned company, Cascade Farm & Outdoor stores are open 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Saturday and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday. Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment.
