We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Finance Audit Specialist to join an international organization in the apparel and consumer goods industry. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy audit coordination, process improvement, and working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Contract: 12 months (Intention to extend)
Hours per week: 40 hours

Salary: €3.858 - €5.787

• Coordinating statutory audits across multiple entities in Europe
• Acting as the primary contact for external auditors
• Managing audit timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Collecting and preparing audit documentation from ERP and finance systems
• Preparing reconciliations and supporting audit requests
• Monitoring audit progress and resolving outstanding items
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
• Improving audit processes, templates, and internal controls
• Collaborating with multiple internal departments and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Around 5 years of relevant finance experience
• 2-3 years of experience in audit (internal or external)
• Experience with statutory audits and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and reconciliations
• Familiar with ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or Dutch GAAP is a plus
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English
