Credit Controller - Spain

As a Credit Controller supporting our operations in Spain, you will work on continuous process improvements and develop into a subject matter expert. You will need a passion for numbers and processes, excellent communication skills, and technical savviness.

• Focus on the Spanish market and communicate fluently in Spanish and English (other European languages are a plus).
• Support customers in developing payment plans and resolving disputes.
• Pull metrics and reports, run direct debits, and support monthly closing activities.
• Collaborate with other departments within IDEXX to enhance the customer experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience as a credit controller.
• Technical proficiency with SAP and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and MS Teams.
• High level of accuracy and independent working capability.
• Team‑player mindset with excellent communication and detail orientation.
• Emotional intelligence, humility, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
• High ethical standards and a constructive approach to feedback.

• Hybrid role based out of Hoofddorp with a minimum of eight days a month onsite.
