Een wereldwijd logistiek bedrijf zoekt een Customer Service Employee voor de Air Cargo Divisie in Hoofddorp. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel proces van luchtvrachtzendingen en heb je dagelijks contact met klanten. Je adviseert over zendingen, lost operationele vraagstukken op en verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling, waaronder douanedocumentatie. Een MBO+ niveau in Logistiek of Supply Chain is gewenst, evenals ervaring met Cargo Wise en sterke Nederlandse en Engelse communicatieve vaardigheden.
