The RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Operational Representative to join our EMEA team in Hoofddorp.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth order execution and delivering a high level of service in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities- Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding order status and inquiries
- Coordinate across departments (e.g., logistics, production, commercial teams) to meet customer requirements
- Support colleagues and provide backup within the team as needed
- Identify and resolve customer issues proactively, ensuring a seamless experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Service function
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and process compliance
- We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Experience in B2B customer service or order management
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Good technical affinity and willingness to learn new systems and products
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer value
- Experience in an international or fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems or digital tools (including AI‑based tools)
