Job Description
We are looking for a positive, proactive, and enthusiastic Front Office Employee to join our reception team. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.
As a Front Office Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a friendly and efficient check‑in and check‑out. You welcome guests, verify reservations, create room keys, and process payments. You also assist guests with specific requests or questions, both in person and over the phone.
In addition, you play an important role in informing guests about ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and challenge yourself to sign up every guest. You have the skills to turn any issue into a positive experience.
QualificationsWho are you?
We are looking for someone who is curious, social, and flexible. Someone who stays calm and keeps an overview, while also paying attention to detail. In addition to your enthusiasm and service mindset, you meet the following requirements:
- You enjoy positively surprisingguests and making them feel welcome
- MBO (secondary vocational education) level of thinking and working
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- You’re flexible and don't mind working in rotating shifts
- You’re a true team player, but also able to work independently
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and a good sense of humor
- You’re fluent in both Dutch and English
- Experience with Operais a big advantage
- A salary according to the Dutch hospitality collective labor agreement (CAO) (scale V)
