MyParcel in Hoofddorp zoekt een Technische Support Specialist Italië om de verbinding tussen klanten en technische teams te vormen. Deze rol betreft voornamelijk het bieden van telefonische en e-mail ondersteuning voor onze plug-ins en systemen en vereist vloeiend Italiaans en goed Nederlands.
Als de eerste technische support medewerker voor Italiaanse klanten draag je bij aan de groei van MyParcel in Italië enhelp je bij het verbeteren van ons product op basis van klantfeedback.
