Basic-Fit International B.V. zoekt een Customer Support Agent die (potentiële) leden via sociale media te woord staat en backoffice-werkzaamheden ondersteunt. Je spreekt Engels en ten minste één van Frans, Nederlands, Duits of Spaans, en behandelt vragen en klachten via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter en reviews.
De voertaal op ons kantoor is Engels, maar ook Nederlands, Frans en Spaans worden gesproken. De functie betreft 24–40 uur per week met werktijden ma-vr 7:30-19:00 en za 8:30-17:00.
