Je krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding en ondersteuning bij je professionele ontwikkeling. De aanstelling is tijdelijk met uitzicht op verlenging of een vaste aanstelling. Inschaling wordt gedaan conform cao voortgezet onderwijs.
