Responsibilities

Lead and restructure a 5-person international team within the PCS division

Drive strategic sales growth across energy storage and grid-connected solutions

Oversee technical and commercial feasibility discussions with key customers

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimise system performance

Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPI performance

Represent the business with utilities, developers, and industry stakeholders

Identify new opportunities within the renewable and energy storage market

Skills / Must Have

10+ years’ experience within the energy industry, including 8+ years in BESS / PCS

5+ years’ leadership experience managing technical or commercial teams

Strong technical understanding of Power Conversion Systems, battery storage, and grid integration

Proven commercial sales track record within energy storage or power electronics

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience

Fluent English

Willing and able to travel occasionally within Europe, approximately 1–2 times per quarter.
