Join a dynamic team where no two days are alike! You’ll install, repair, and maintain Woodward control equipment at client sites — in the Netherlands and internationally . Assignments range from one day to several weeks, depending on project scope. Your work directly drives customer satisfaction through exceptional service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Woodward mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic control systems
Prepare for assignments by reviewing work orders, technical docs, and safety requirements
Perform scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits on-site
Conduct risk assessments and comply with safety protocols
Communicate findings clearly to clients
Collaborate with engineering, workshop, and service teams
Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
Participate in on-call rotation (every 8 weeks) for emergency repairs
Fixed salary : €3,000 – €4,500 gross/month (based on experience)
Total earning potential :
Up to €7,500/month (including bonuses & allowances)
Intensive onboarding with theoretical & practical training
Full product/system training within 3 years

Associate or Bachelor (HBO) degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or similar
Technical role experience is a plus (not required)
VCA-VOL certification required (or willingness to obtain)
Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
Willingness & medical fitness for Nogepa 0.5 (H.U.E.T.) training
Emotional stability & strong time management
Willingness to travel and work irregular hours
Valid Dutch/EU work permit
Technical professionals with hands‑on experience in marine, industrial, or energy sectors
Military‑trained technicians (Navy, Army, Air Force) with maintenance/troubleshooting/safety experience
Aviation maintenance, industrial automation, instrumentation, offshore, or heavy equipment technicians with valid work permits
Strong problem‑solvers with excellent customer orientation
