About the Role  We are looking for a skilled  After-Sales Quality Engineer  to join our team. This role focuses on guiding and managing after-sales technical personnel, driving the improvement of their product analysis capabilities and management methods. You will also take the lead in following up on after-sales matters of assigned projects, providing technical support to clients, and promoting product improvement to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of after-sales targets.

Key Responsibilities    Guidance and Management of After-Sales Technical Personnel   Provide guidance and management to after-sales technical personnel, develop targeted training and improvement plans.
Enhance the team’s product analysis capabilities and optimize their work management methods to improve overall work efficiency and professionalism.

After-Sales Project Follow-Up and Technical Support   Lead the follow-up of after-sales matters for assigned projects, including systematic collection and sorting of relevant after-sales data.
Deliver on-site technical support services to clients, and handle online consultation services; track, analyze, and judge customer-raised issues, and provide feasible solutions to meet customer needs.

Technical Communication and Analysis Conclusion Tracking   Participate in and supervise the maintenance of technical communication between the R&D department and the after-sales service department, ensuring smooth information transmission.
Track the output of relevant product analysis conclusions from the R&D team, and ensure that analysis results are effectively applied to after-sales problem-solving.

Emergency Response and Customer Satisfaction Improvement   Participate in the response and handling of after-sales emergency incidents, verify the feasibility of handling plans in a timely manner.
Take proactive measures to prevent the escalation of incident impacts, effectively resolve customer concerns, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Product Improvement Promotion and Target Achievement   Lead the follow-up, management, and promotion of after-sales product improvement initiatives, and track the entire implementation process.
Form a closed-loop management of after-sales problems to ensure that each issue is properly resolved; drive the achievement of established after-sales performance targets.

Your Profile   Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred, with majors in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Management, or related fields being an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in quality management within the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of automotive after-sales quality control processes.
Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language; proficiency in an additional small language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, etc.) is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel for work as required, to provide on-site support for clients or participate in cross-regional after-sales work.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; able to coordinate cross-departmental resources to promote work progress.
Good sense of responsibility and urgency, capable of effectively responding to and handling after-sales emergencies.
