Responsibilities
Define and execute the EMEA data center strategy in alignment with global objectives
Drive regional revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
Lead and develop regional commercial, technical, and operational teams
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
Oversee major contracts, negotiations, and strategic partnerships
Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics
Ensure consistent delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction across the region
Collaborate closely with global leadership on investment, resource planning, and long-term growth initiatives
Represent the company at executive meetings, industry forums, and key events
Required Skills/Qualifications
Proven senior leadership experience within the data center or mission-critical infrastructure sector
Strong track record of EMEA business leadership and growth
Extensive experience in commercial strategy, sales leadership, and key account management
Ability to operate at board and executive level
Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
Experience working within a global or matrix organisation
Technical understanding of data center infrastructure, power, cooling, or automation solutions
Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field
