Get-e in Hoofddorp zoekt een ervaren Engineering Director die leiding gaat geven aan een team van 15+ developers en leads. Je rapporteert direct aan de CTO en bent verantwoordelijk voor de engineeringcultuur, team motivatie en het opleveren van oplossingen die waarde creëren. Het bedrijf werkt hybride, met 3 dagen op kantoor en 2 dagen thuis.
Als leider moedigt je innovatie aan en neem je snel beslissingen om impact te maken. Je hebt sterke technische kennis en een pragmatische houding en bent in staat om effectief te schakelen tussen verschillende teams en stakeholders.
