Senior Sales Manager – Energy Infrastructure

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead one of our Energy Infrastructure teams in our Hoofddorp office. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and deployment of cutting-edge energy storage solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings, optimize system performance, and support business growth in the renewable energy sector.

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for power conditioning systems solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of energy infrastructure technologies, including converter/ inverter, battery storage, hybrid solutions, or grid integration.
• Oversee technical and commercial feasibility studies for new projects and ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product teams to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including utilities, developers, regulatory bodies, and technology providers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and specialists.
• Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise and identifying market opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the energy infrastructure division.
