Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the financial liaison between NSCs and the central mid‑office, optimizing rebate settlement, revenue recognition, and month‑end closing.
• Perform detailed market‑level business analysis to support decision‑making and prepare management reports.
• Enhance financial compliance and internal controls, and support audit activities.
• Improve system interfaces (ERP/CRM) and automate accounting processes.
• Support NSC launches and cross‑regional projects as a subject‑matter expert.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA a plus.
• 5+ years in financial operations/commercial controlling, preferably in automotive or multi‑country networks.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition, rebate schemes, and inter‑company accounting.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle); BI tool familiarity is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; another European language preferred.
• Structured, proactive, and able to bridge central‑local operational gaps.
